I’m Heather Mackersie, a Realtor and investor in Ormond Beach, FL. My husband and I are both native to Volusia County and are thrilled to be raising our family in such a vibrant community. My journey into real estate is deeply influenced by my grandparents, who were active investors. Growing up alongside them, I learned early on how real estate can build generational wealth. This foundational experience led me to start my career as an investor and property owner before transitioning into real estate sales.

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my two daughters and my husband, whether we’re boating or hiking in Blue Ridge, GA. I also have a surprising knack for horticulture, a skill I enjoy sharing with my family.
